key is to check in, and find what way forward works for you. its possible you regret the choice you make, and maybe you'd have regretted all of these choices. but don't let that stop you from trying things, making mistakes. you can recover, life is stranger than our map of it

- don't expand your awareness
- don't stop procrastinating
- don't examine the nature of existence
- don't sit on that cushion

f you don't feel like doing it in any way, it's true that you don't feel like doing it in some way.
sometimes, if you find ways to resolve the 'some ways' you do actually want to do it. that's been my experience. worth caveating
