@SamsungUK I'm aware warranty is 12 month, but wouldn't expect a TV to last just 18 months. I spoke to an independent engineer, they suggest this is a common problem. This again takes me back to the point, was it fit for the purpose it was designed for? My previous @LGUK TV was 12 years old

@SamsungUK Bought 50" TV model UE50AU8000KXXU on 27/5/22, which isn't working today. Called and you're not interested as it's over 12 months old. Its hardly been used, therefore wasn't fit for purpose according to the Consumer Rights Act 2015. May I have your thoughts please?

@cranworth791 2/2 Have a bus which shuttles from town car parks to the hospital and back but not stopping in-between to help punctuality.  Also, I'd suggest vehicles which can carry more than one wheelchair user and have more space for those with walking aids.  Just my thoughts.

@cranworth791 1/2 Hi Sam, hope you're well.  Buses to and from the hospital are nowhere near as good as they used to be.  I can walk the distance quicker pushing a wheelchair.  Parking at the hospital is also poor, so would it not be worth looking at a Park & Ride option?

@global Listening to @heart90s and The Corrs, What Can I Do sounded really 'muddy' today and the other day as well. It was like listening to a 64kbps mp3 compared to a 360kbps mp3 for the tracks played either side of it.

@northernassist 02/02/23 10:11 SWN>MHS. Both the Guard & Guard in training were brilliant today. They were polite, having a bit of banter with us while helping us on and off the train with ramps for my Wife's ♿. Please pass on our thanks to both of them.
