Built and launched MemBlock as an extension on the VS Code Marketplace.

The idea is simple :-
useful context within chats during development should not disappear between prompts, files, or sessions.

MemBlock is a VS Code extension designed to keep that working memory available inside the editor, without adding external infrastructure.

Version 1.0.0 is now live.

What it does:
- keeps development context closer to the coding flow
- works inside VS Code
- uses a local-first approach

This is an early release btw... So if you install it and do use it in real work, feedback on what is useful, unclear, or missing would help shape the next version.
