It appears to the public that this is from a ‘gov’ phone number. The link is taking the customer to a site to pay £20. This appears to be a https://t.co/7tKxnWThwa website.

This is a SCAM. ⚠️

We advise anyone who has received this text not to pay and, where they have, to contact their bank to seek a resolution.
