@TKratman @TheBuddyCSM Retired in 2016. The only aars I ever saw were jrtc/ntc and the occasional bullshit "give me 3 ups and 3 downs" after pt or at a range.
And the ntc/jrtc aars are theatrical as fuck sometimes. I've seen aars delayed over who sits where. Only thing missing is WWE walk out music.

@UDonovian A cib/cab and a bsm for officers and most senior NCOS is almost mandatory and should never be used to verify someones BTDT creds. Cib/cab will be given for the smallest justification and I've been units (170th) that started BSM paperwork on all officers before the unit deployed

@TheIntelFrog I was attached to a SF company and did a convoy with a SF BN commander and CSM. Two humvees, including mine, were damaged by an IED. The LTC and CSM flew home and left their enlisted crews to drive the humvees back. They got CIBs for it and denied our CABs.
