@BestBuy Went to Best Buy, St. James NY, to purchase a iPhone today.Couldn’t spot any customers. Waited 10 minutes without help. The employee at the desk by the door was insulting and rude. After words with him & then his mgr, we walked out with no purchase. I’m done w/BB.
