@VandyTracker He just doesn��t want a 30 year mortgage because a salary of 480 post tax will get you qualified for a mortgage of multiple millions. If that’s the case he’s better off renting. Why lock down into a city he’s not sure he’ll be living in long term?

@theblockspot The issue is GM/owners wanting to win/evaluate the qb while they are in their rookie contract. There is an overall development issue due to the salary cap and the expected size of a second contract for QBs. Forcing teams to play rookies faster than they are ready.

30 years later my mom still raves about it every time she sees you on shark tank. You allowed me to have confidence in a time where I really needed the boost. We both believe that because you started catering to big feet others started as well 3/
