I understand what Whole Foods is saying, but wearing a poppy is not a "cause". It is a sign of respect for those who have given more than you have. But respect is in short supply in today's Canada. I wonder why... https://t.co/8pmQGvCNHN
Amid all the partisan posturing, let’s not forget there’s a pretty important principle at stake here. If the government can just dissolve Parliament whenever Parliament starts asking difficult questions, then we haven’t got much of a Parliament, or a parliamentary democracy. 1/4
@Polysesouvient@globeandmail My house my rules. Mine are locked up as per regulation so shouldn't bother you. Try keeping your noses out of my business. This business though is everyone's problem, what are you doing about it? Crying about my gun? Cheap shot and you know it.
Trying to paint your interlocutors as misogynist is a tactic employed by people who can find no other advantage. Najma, you should be disappointed in yourself for resorting to it, and this isn't the first time. Everyone, read the story when it's out. It won't be surprising.
We promote families shooting together. Yes, children included.
Target shooting teaches children;
- Concentration.
- Large & small motor skills.
- Respect in general, and for the safe operation of tools that can be hazardous.
- self esteem by including them in adult activity.
@cangal21 I wish I could disagree. I am getting tired of the constant arguments this is causing and the divisions between everyone. But again, they say we wear tin foil for being sceptical of this whole situation...
So where’s the crisis? Why are governments still freaking out? Imposing lockdown measures and destroying our economy? Causing more deaths from other causes than from #COVID19? It just makes no sense.
