@ScotRail tried to park Stirling station. Barrier said car park full. Could see about 15 spaces. Pressed help button. Told those spaces ‘are being kept for staff find somewhere else’. are there designated spaces for staff? Is this a contract entitlement? Are these spaces marked??

@thebufferstop @cameronstraker @ScotRail It is a station for ScotRail passengers not a staff car park. Not sure what you find difficult to understand. If - IF - ScotRail staff have a contractual right to a parking space these should be designated. If not then ithey have as much ‘right’ to a space as a paying customer.

@thebufferstop @cameronstraker @ScotRail The point is it is not a staff car park. Nor are there designated bays. Clearly just an unwritten perk for ScotRail staff they can shut the car park as they see fit to keep spaces for their pals.

@ScotRail Sounds like a bit of a carve up. Appreciate staff may need spaces for fault and maintenance but these should be sectioned off and marked as such. There was plenty spaces, just arbitrary closed for her pals let’s be honest….
