@lonewizardtv@ScotRail Good evening Scotrail, I still haven't had a response from you regarding the issue I reported more than two weeks ago, despite reaching out to you several times of the last two weeks. Could somebody give me an update please?
@lonewizardtv@ScotRail I have confirmation from ScotRail in the 3rd July that an update was rolled out specifically to fix this issue, however the latest update was 29th June and the issue persists. I have been requesting assistance from ScotRail for three days straight now and have been ignored.
@ScotRail Good afternoon, could I please ask for an update on the progress of the issue with the ScotRail app where it reverts to the home page when you try to view the tickets you have bought?
@ScotRail Morning Hayley, hope you had a good weekend. You never came back to me with the App version and platform you are running. Can you let me know what version you are running and what platform it's on, ie Android or iPhone?
@ScotRail Good morning Paul, or whomever is covering this morning. Could you please advise as to what version of the ScotRail app you are running, and whether it is Android, iPhone, or other. You can find it on the bottom of the page in the "MY ACCOUNT" tab.
@ScotRail Latest update was 29th June, Paul. As such I can confirm that I am still unable to access tickets I have bought and am still being sneered at by ScotRail staff every day.
@GunEagleFreedom@MikeAndTheMouse@ABC There there, it's okay. Please fill out an F11 form B and describe using pictures what mean words they used and daddy Elon will be along soon to kiss it better.
@Slimeball09Ryan@thebufferstop@ScotRail I have to say I don't completely agree with ScotRail having carte blanch as to how they operate at the expense of customers given that they are 100% owned by Scottish taxpayers, most of whom make up their customer base. 15 spaces at Stirling looks to be about 20% of the car park
@thebufferstop@ScotRail@Slimeball09Ryan Well I'd expect that they would do the same as female passangers who are getting the train to work and don't expect to finish until after midnight, but can't park in the car park because fifteen spaces are being reserved for staff who may or may not need to park.
@thebufferstop@ScotRail@Slimeball09Ryan Forgive me, but I was under the impression that these spaces were being reserved in the middle of the day, not at 4am...? I'm fairly confident thst the car park would be rather empty at 4am for any staff coming to and from work on the railways...
@ScotRail it would be good if you could make conductors aware of the ongoing issues with your app. Twice today I've had conductors roll their eyes at me, shake their head and walk away whilst I'm in the middle of explaining to them why I can't view the ticket I bought. Just rude.
