@cameronstraker@ScotRail I have also messaged them several times since the update and have had no reply, one ticket inspector said they should charge me Β£10 but kindly let me off as it wasn't my fault
@cameronstraker@ScotRail@ScotRail It has been roughly two weeks, the app has been updated and still won't load mobile tickets, there are many reviews on Google play with the same issue. What has been done, if anything, to address this? It makes it very difficult for me to travel

@ScotRail My mobile tickets won't load anymore as of today on the ScotRail app. I have tried clearing cache, clearing data, reinstalling the app and restarting my device but to no avail. Please help!
@iD_Mobile_UK I need to know how much data i have left but i cannot access the app or log in to the website for a few days now, really scummy to set the recommended bill cap at Β£5+ and then not let people see how much they have left in the days before payments are taken...
