Hey @SkyIreland if there is no Sports on , what are we actually paying for , why are you not just pausing subscriptions for everyone , giving that it’s impossible to reach your customer service , or at least let people pause it with their remotes the same way it’s so easy to add

@SkyHelpIreland The only option your leaving on the table is to stop direct debits and im sure you'l have no problem contacting customers when that starts happening..

Absolutely trying to profit from a crisis.Not taking calls,not answering emails. Call centre says 1 hr wait then immediately cuts you off. Then this phony link goes up that doesn't work.Bunch of jokers.
