Actively practicing with something that affects your aim would be downright retarded before a tournament. This is not like sound, but this is down to actual mechanics of your gameplay.

@nikolinalepht @RawTheMonsteR @Nadeshot They were caught because the remote administrator can see what you install on the PC. Enabling Sound EQ is just a windows setting that is much more in depth to actively check for as it’s not external to the OS. Anything else?

Disable it in the build of the game they play on. The CDL pc’s are actively monitored by the tech team for external programs. This is how pros were caught were unlock tools.

It turns out, according to professional players, this one specific curve is good enough to make worse players shoot like better players by magically switching a selector in the menus.

Disable it in the game and it’s a one time headache.

Again, if it’s “not a big deal” then there shouldn’t be an issue removing it.
