@Delta, I got a confirmation no, a ticket, money was deducted.
At airport - can’t check in; agent tells me an hour before go time - booking a month old DIDN’T GO THROUGH! Pay $100+ or lose the flight!
Is @Delta now in the business of extorting helpless travelers at the airport?

@Delta Beware, you can only get to the cookies if you actually are able to check in and get on the flight. With Delta, that’s a gamble.

@Delta How does it matter where Delta’s flying when booking and paying for a ticket might not actually mean you can fly? You might need to get to the airport and pay some more to be able to do that, right?

@Delta Searching and booking is best left with airlines where a confirmation number and ticket actually mean one can travel and not that they may need to pay more at the airport and never will anyone apologise at Delta.

@Delta @emoryhealthcare It’s stressful flying Delta even without children. I can’t imagine not knowing if my booked tickets are actually tickets while having children in tow.

@Delta It’s nothing but guesswork with Delta. Have a ticket? Money deducted? Got your confirmation? STILL, you might not actually have a ticket!! Make sure you check before you get to the airport. You might inexplicably need to pay more.

@Delta Being two and a half hours early didn’t help me. I ran all the way through because somehow having a paid for ticket and confirmation number is not enough anymore. I was made to pay more, AT THE AIRPORT, an hour before my flight, just to check in.
