@davidkurten Maybe because they don't use 'Cuntsultants'? Or the infrastruture is necessary, has been well planned and designed, will incur minimal environmental impact, will provide real speed promises, will be well managed, honest and transparent, will not be at all shady or questionable?

@Queen_9_0 Is it not still a criminal offence to steal a cat, (even enticing them away from home)? Dating back to when cats were highly valuable for hunting rodents in the granary, but still in the legal books as an offence. Ask Cat's Protection, who may prosecute the law.
