You can have higher test than a balding guy but if it isn't as prone to turning into DHT, your hair is probably safer than theirs. Taking DHT blockers actually raises your test due to less conversion

The thing is he wasn't insanely muscular to begin with, just really low bf%. Plus when you're on test, your muscles are way more pumped up with blood because it raises your red blood cell count. The muscle fibers are still there, they're just "deflated" essentially. I just made this all up in my head with little to no prior knowledge, but it sounds pretty legit.
