The program could be $9K per year for these families

The goal: make it easier for married Americans to let one parent take care of the children, rather than both work and pay others to take care of the children

This could create an incentive for parents to "stay at home with their children"

Apparently, this is similar to a MARCO RUBIO proposal when he was Senator 👀

It sounds like this would be under current federal programs, not new laws passed by Congress

@TheHoss330 @_ayandamay The judge didn’t speak to him. He refused to after reddington(defense attorney) asked him to. He’s a bad judge. He only re asked the basic questions to them all and he lied under oath about it. That’s why the rest of the jurors were mad

@TheHoss330 @_ayandamay Especially with 11-1 at this one. I’d be surprised if a new jury convicts her fully at all anymore. The defense will just find more holes. I think the guy was a moron imo. And he should have been kicked off for not upholding the law

@TheHoss330 @_ayandamay We also don’t know what thwit verdict would have been. It could have been not guilty of first degree but guilty of second degree and still jailed. We’ll never know. But in any case, the law is the law, and I’m not surprised a bad Massachusetts judge didn’t uphold it
