@TheHoss330 @_ayandamay The judge didn’t speak to him. He refused to after reddington(defense attorney) asked him to. He’s a bad judge. He only re asked the basic questions to them all and he lied under oath about it. That’s why the rest of the jurors were mad

@TheHoss330 @_ayandamay Especially with 11-1 at this one. I’d be surprised if a new jury convicts her fully at all anymore. The defense will just find more holes. I think the guy was a moron imo. And he should have been kicked off for not upholding the law

@TheHoss330 @_ayandamay We also don’t know what thwit verdict would have been. It could have been not guilty of first degree but guilty of second degree and still jailed. We’ll never know. But in any case, the law is the law, and I’m not surprised a bad Massachusetts judge didn’t uphold it

@RonDeSantis The jury was leaning not guilty no technically a mistrial was better for wanting her convicted. idk if they were going for full acquittal or not guilty due to insanity so less punishment. But the last man was also not following the law of courts. A b.s judge and trial.
