Regarding Luminara's situation

As the owner of VStella. I wanted to talk about more of my personal stuff.

I wanted to start a music brand that brought back the help, resources, and drive to musicians. Helping them grow, being a label/company that can help people grow.

Cam came to me with promises of helping me with my dream. A safe space for musicians. These promises were that I would get help organizing big projects, getting into concerts, making connections with big brands, and meeting more talented artists.

Problems arose pretty fast. There was no communication on Luminara’s side. I was told to work with artists in Luminara to grow our brand together. A handful of projects were planned. Produced. And ready to be worked on. But was met with silence. No updates. Than cam would want to move to another project with another person.

We were left sitting and waiting for multiple projects to be worked on.

I was later told my ideas were not good enough for cam. And I should listen to him and follow what he had planned. But than would he ignored for days.

I would than start planning things on my end to start works with VStella. Than I would be yelled at in meeting vcs that I wasn’t cooperating enough with him.

After months of nothing being done. None of the promises being met. I decided it’d be best to leave. To build VStella on my own.

I don’t know how true this information is but I was informed my name was being ran through the mud. I was told I’m a bad leader. I was going to fail in Luminara vcs. Which really upset me. But again I’m not sure if this is true or not. But knowing my name was being ran through for things that I was actively trying to do to please the Luminara brand was not good in my mind.

The time with Luminara made me depressed. I love music and want to do best by talented artists. But knowing my ideas weren’t good enough for Luminara and I had to pretty much merge with them was so bad for my mental. I wanted to give up on everything. I was stressed. Wasting time and money on things that weren’t even getting done.

This is just for clarity. I have screenshots and all for me trying my best to get things done. Thank you for reading.
