I like using the ☀️Golden Circle☀️concept for planning effective technology PD:

1️⃣ Invite educators to identify their WHY for teaching.

2️⃣ Explain HOW your PD fulfills their purpose for teaching.

3️⃣ Show WHAT teachers can achieve when they adopt your PD.
