🚨 HOW HORRIBLE:
Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis had a Black Democratic state lawmaker arrested after a 5-hour sit-in at his office.
Then he amplified a post calling her “ghetto.”
State Rep. Angie Nixon, a Jacksonville Democrat now running for U.S. Senate, sat outside DeSantis’s office for five hours Friday. She wanted to speak with someone in the governor’s office about affordability and the new congressional map.
The Capitol Police arrested her on a trespassing charge. Press were ordered out of the building. Two of her supporters were arrested with her.
DeSantis then went on social media. He retweeted a post from an allied account that called Nixon a “ghetto rep.” He added his own caption.
“FAFO.”
This is the same governor who in his 2018 campaign warned voters not to “monkey it up” by electing his Black opponent.
The map Nixon was protesting — passed in a special session two weeks ago — adds four GOP-leaning seats heading into November.
When you knock on power’s door with documented evidence, power doesn’t debate you. It demeans you. Then it arrests you.
Cesar Sayoc, a Trump super fan & obsessive Fox viewer, sent pipe bombs in 2018 to Barack Obama, Joe Biden, Hillary Clinton, & many other top Dems.
He was sentenced to 20 years in prison.
In the wake of the attacks, Trump said about his rhetoric: "Tone down, no. Could tone up."
@kalyx2020@brithume@mirandadevine Unlike you Republicans, Democrats won’t support sexual offenders and child rapists. Of course you’d have difficulty processing that.
⚡️ 🇺🇸🇮🇷 A surprising shift just happened.
The United States will allow Iran to receive approximately $14 billion in oil revenues.
This is a major financial concession by the United States to Iran.
This marks the first time since 1996 that the United States has purchased Iranian oil.
All of this is happening during an ongoing conflict involving Iran.

@EricLDaugh Wait! 🤣 Schools in Florida haven't been teaching American Civics? Well shyt! That explains so much! Don't be mad when the children grow up learning that the Republican's point of view does not match The Declaration of Independence or The Constitution! 🤣 I Can't wait 2 see this.
BREAKING: I have just confirmed with a member of the House Judicial Committee, who has spent numerous hours searching through the unreacted Epstein files, that there were approximately 1.5 million redactions in the Epstein files, with Trump’s names.

Politicians and city officials keep blaming the violence at Free Palestine protests on crowd size, excusing vandalized Jewish businesses, hateful slogans, and blatant antisemitism as an inevitable byproduct of large demonstrations.
But this weekend, 350,000 Iranians gathered in Toronto, 250,000 in Munich, and thousands in London, Melbourne, Athens and Tokyo to condemn the Iranian regime and its mass slaughter.
And guess what? Not a single shop window was smashed. Not one act of violence.
Police officers were even given flowers to thank them for protecting the demonstrators. Many patrol cars were covered with letters and bouquets.
So no, the problem was never the number of people. It was the people themselves.
Once again…for no particular reason of course….posting former U.S. Attorney General John Mitchell’s mugshot before he went to Federal prison for committing numerous crimes on behalf and or/at the direction of President Nixon including obstruction of justice and conspiracy.
