@FreshDirect delivered my groceries this Saturday in an UNREFRIGERATED white van. Everything that arrived was 65 degrees. Ice cream, milk, yogurt - all spoiled. Replacement delivery tonight: Unrefrigerated white van - IT WAS ALL WARM AGAIN! 65 degrees! How is this OK?
