when i was winning every single tournament back to back, i was trash talked constantly. called "boosted woman," told i must be fucking someone at sentinels, etc etc.

performance doesnt matter to these people.

we love to say, the only thing that matters is gameplay- but these men are incapable of seeing anything beyond the our gender, INCLUDING gameplay.

competing as women in esports means that no matter how fucking good you are, you will always be hated. and you have to fight on despite that.
