When every GDU counts to try and get each and every corn plant out of the ground in the next 2 (or maybe 3 weeks…), it is helpful to know what acre and what proportion of acres are the most at risk! @agrilytics
We've been hearing about and seeing a lot of green stems on harvest-ready soybeans this fall. Here's our take on what's happening on those potentially water-limited acres: https://t.co/eaGaiHzErQ
Paying attention to detail matters. 4% of this 330 acres, single plant date, are in a saturated environment, even so, planter technology made all the difference as we found 3 rows not running active FurrowForce and the results vs rows running properly were huge. @ $7 🌽thats $20K
Putting the finishing touches on wheat and watching the beginning of this falls outcomes. SIL is coming to life! Exciting week @agrilytics and honored to be an integral part of the life of these plants
There’s not a whole lot of Precision Ag work been done on winter wheat...So we’re doing it at @agrilytics Matching input needs spatially - based on what each plant needs in its specific environment (for wheat!) sounds like fun to me 🌾🌾
This girl got to learn how to stage wheat for flowering and fungicide apps today. She might be 4 but she will know how baby wheat is made before she starts Kindergarten! We start them young at @agrilytics
Never in my career have I put more time & thought into making sure every seed planted has the chance to become perfect, and never have I been more excited to check on that progress! Every input placed purposefully and with specific intent. @agrilytics#inputsmatched2environment
Soil fertility builds the foundation for everything else we do on the farm. Hear more from Kess and Meghan just how important it is! #agronomy#plant21#soil
This time of year, I'm asked to look into a lot of different products to determine whether or not they'll serve a desired purpose. Ag products are predominantly marketed based on yield outcomes, but I think this skips over too many important steps.
I get a lot of questions about what exactly we do at @agrilytics & while it’s certainly complicated, it’s also pretty simple...Make the ears in SWI 6 and 5 match the ears in SWI 8. Just think for a minute the potential bu gained if we even come close (62% of this field = SWI 5/6)
There will be a lot of orange dust flying when combines roll in SIL. Southern Rust is very alive in sprayed & unsprayed, but if you see more than you like in Fungicide treated fields, rest assured, the Fungicide u paid for is still working. Untreated June fields will be hit hard
