Really terrible experience for my parents. We will strongly discourage anyone from flying your airline unless you address the compensation issue immediately.

@MAS The complaints:
1. Baggage not received on arrival in Manila. Airline wrote they will compensate but then radio silence.
2. Paid for business class, but were put in premium economy.
3. Baggage not available on return. Parents forced to drive to a bus stand to pick up.

@IndiainNewYork @vfsglobalcare I got my passport. A neighbor 4 doors down dropped it off as Fedex had delivered to them instead. I got lucky. I'd strongly recommend that you pay for the 'Signature Required' when you send renewed passports. That's all, thank you!

@IndiainNewYork Hi, I was supposed to receive my renewed passport today. Fedex says that it was delivered but I did not receive it. I was home, no one rang the bell. Also, I'm deeply disappointed that a signature confirmation was not required. Can you please help?

@VFSGlobalCare Fedex says my passport is delivered but I have not received it. I can't believe you guys don't ask for a signature confirmation.
