A little reminder for everyone who has spent far too much time staring at Ukraine on a screen. 🇺🇦❤️
Sometimes you have to put the phone down.
Watching the news, worrying about people we love, trying to help, sharing, translating, donating, writing, calling, advocating…it all adds up.
And sometimes the most productive thing you can do is go outside, hug your kid, pet the cat, stare at a tree, eat something good or simply do absolutely nothing for a while.
Taking a break doesn’t mean you’ve stopped caring.
All of our little actions add up. So does taking care of the person doing them. ❤️
I’m somewhere around #6 today. 🌿 I share with you a photo that I took yesterday in front of my neighbor’s house. Now that’s a bush. 😻
I am taking my daughter for a hike in some cedar woods now and I promise I’ll be back later.
If you would like to help some beautiful soldiers in Ukraine today, I have 2 collections that I shared this morning that I’m working on. Please take a look at them and if you would like, please help or share on your timeline. I hope you have a beautiful day.
@victoriaslog The stones in European rivers are a tourist curiosity. The fences in Oleshky are a war crime in progress. Moscow calls this liberation. It calls starvation a humanitarian corridor. The world watches the wrong famine.
