I work 55 hours a week, bring my lunch everyday, and take the long way home to avoid tolls. I HAVE to do this to support my family. We don’t get or want a single $ of assistance. Add Tech Mahindra to that list. I worked for them for 3 years and despite my best effforts and great success as a Service Desk Manager, they funneled all the work to India techs and laid off 90% of my team. The writing was in the wall for me so I left for another company. They treat their employees like crap and defraud their clients every chance they get. Slimy ass company.
