@AmazonHelp I’ve been promised a refund of returns postage payment but haven’t received it. I’ve an email to say it will be refunded, I’ve sent the postage receipts but the refund isn’t going into my bank account.

@amazon dreadful customer service. Ordered item in April received damaged goods, have received refund for goods but not postage. Twice Amazon have said they have arranged refund of postage 3x I’ve chased it - still chasing still being escalated. Going to cancel Amazon Prime!!

@amazon please could you start letting us return our packaging. You could have drop off boxes at the collection points. The amount of packaging in my recycling bin is increasing and is making me think about stopping ordering.
