STARLINK PUTS PRESSURE ON ICASA
Starlink has intensified its public campaign to secure an operating licence in South Africa, launching a dedicated advocacy page aimed directly at consumers and policymakers.
The satellite internet provider is challenging empowerment rules that require 30% local ownership, proposing instead an equity equivalent investment model.
