I think when you’re transitioning from being a people pleaser to someone with more boundaries it’s so weird, because it’s hard to tell if you’re being mean or if you’re just listening to your own feelings because you’re so used to this & only thinking about others
She’s a 10, but she rewatches the same shows and movies over and over again because she loves familiarity and can’t handle the anxiety that comes with not knowing.
A few other things that have helped me.
Get lots of rest
Take meds as soon as I get up.
Eat properly.
Cut down or out booze.
Gym when open.
Hot baths and lemon water.
Cut out toxic people.
