I was recently in Prague visiting my mom and we stopped for lunch in a bakery near her apt in Pankrac. Each of these sandwiches cost about a dollar and the whole order, with kolache and coffee, was only $8. Why don’t we have bakeries like this in the US?

This latest bread turned out great. I think I am finally getting the hang of it. This is white flour combined with rye, baked for 2hrs inside a dutch oven in a 375f oven. #bread #baking

Eating all that home made bread while visiting my sister in Minnesota inspired me to bake a loaf again. Tastes great with @CheeseBrosInc smoked gouda, just like oštiepok.
