If you want further evidence of the word "xenophobia" being used as a swear against Native South Africans. In in 2025, Algerians conducted what was called desert pushbacks. Essentially they went around targeting West Africans, including Ghanaians and Nigerians through violent means. In 2023, Tunisia in a similar fashion did the same against West Africans. Libya has been conducting open slavery since the fall of Gaddafi in 2011. All of these campaigns were government and civilian sponsored. None of these West African governments issued condemnations, instead the preferred to peacefully remove their civilians out of harms way. They have all of this bravado for South Africa because we generally have a liberal stance and approach to matters of national security. We see you.

While at it, @EFFSouthAfrica must also move to suspend municipal rates and taxes for indigent families, where no one is working. Not reduce costs, eliminate the costs until someone finds employment and is able to pay.

It shouldnt just be limited to professional bodies, @EFFSouthAfrica must also suspend the charging of membership fees to unemployed members. Give the unemployment free membership cards, they'll pay once they're employed
