@buddytibo2 @NipahDUBS or, better, just cosplay them without changing their skin? black/poc people can cosplay white/lighter-skinned characters and be just as accurate as the reverse. don't attempt to change the presentation of your race for a cosplay.

@buddytibo2 @NipahDUBS the problem with lighter-skinned and/or white people cosplaying darker skinned characters is that there is an amazing amount of characters that have their EXACT skin tone. why can't they just not cosplay characters that don't match their skintone and allow POC to cosplay?
