@EnragedApostate @RankTheVoteOhio When there are multiple ways to improve our democracy, I will first choose the one that has proven records and been picking up momentum. RCV is the perfect one for now. But of course, there are no conflicts between promoting RCV and removing electoral college.

In places where RCV is used, the voter participation increased 10% in primary. Also, open primary helps, like in Alaska.
