@HMRCcustomers Unfortunately the Extra Support web chat is not working. It doesn't load a chat window. And no one answers the phone - no matter what option you select it sends you to Youtube and ends the call.

@HMRCcustomers Last year's return remains incorrect according to HMRC and yet I can't find an error. I have had to submit an incomplete return for this year because I can't get hold of anyone. I need to get to the bottom of last years 'adjustment' & get it corrected, then redo this year

@HMRCcustomers As per all my previous messages I cannot complete this year's return until I can speak with an advisor to explain the problems with last year's return - as nothing shows as incorrect on my return yet HMRC readjusted it. No point me repeating it this year. So what happens next?

@HMRCcustomers I cannot make head or tail of it, the sums don't add up with whatever HMRC are doing to create this outstanding balance. Losses brought forward still = income less personal tax free allowance. Need to understand & correct before starting the one due now.

@HMRCcustomers Self employment losses brought forward. I completed my return, it said what was due, I carried over the same sum in losses ... now it seems it got recalculated and it was decided I owe £300+ ... and now there's a fine added. I need help to adjust it to bring forward the full £

@BasicFitFr Totally confused - I saw a single-club membership advertised for the new club in Nontron, but now it's not available?! The club team say we have to join the full all-club membership - we have no need as this is the only club we can get to. What gives?!
