The catheter is coming up from the femoral vein. From the RA, instead of going to the RV, it went up what we found is a large coronary sinus and a PLSVC.

What does this EKG show? #EP #ACCFIT #cardionuggets

62/F with h/o COPD, no previous cardiac history and not on cardiac meds who presented with PEA cardiac arrest. No PE found. Electrolytes normal. After EKG#1, pt received Amiodarone 300mg IV. Repeat EKG is shown. LHC normal.
