Jennifer McCabe talking to Nicole Albert on the phone at 5:07 is a game changer. It means that:

1. Brian and Nicole were awake at 5:07, and were alerted that John O'Keefe was missing, so their story about being asleep is a lie.
2. Jennifer McCabe attempted to delay Karen Read from returning to 34 Fairview by telling her to come to her house, and then going back to 1 Meadows Ave.
3. Jennifer McCabe told Karen Read that she called Nicole Albert, who told her that John wasn't there. This was designed to delay Karen from returning to Brian Albert's house, possibly because his body was not on the lawn yet. He did not die from hypothermia.

I would have voted Not Guilty. Keep in mind, this means I do not feel the State proved 2nd degree murder. I don’t like the compromised verdict of Manslaughter. In this country, we are innocent until PROVEN guilty 🇺🇸
