We’re outside @FoxandSons in Kemptown & on the Western Road this morning, demanding that they pay £2280 in compensation to six tenants who were told 5 days *after* they were supposed to move in that their tenancy was no longer going ahead, leaving them homeless.

Hi @foxandsons and @sequenceuk Terrible that you've left people homeless and then forced them into accepting somewhere unsuitable and too expensive just so they had someone to go. Their £2280 increased rent is your fault - you should pay up!

Outside Youngs Estate Agents with @BrightonSolFed. Youngs refuse to pay compensation to a tenant living in a dilapidated flat. The tenant was recently assaulted by the owner's son for speaking out.

On the evening of Friday 25th May, a tenant organising with Brighton SolFed for compensation for dilapidated accommodation, Patrick, was assaulted by the son of the owner of his estate agency, David Pay at Youngs.
