Hey all! Big update for iOS/iPadOS that fixes some nasty bugs. And with that, we’re going to move our chatty updates to Threads for now, cutting our dependency on sociopath billionaires by 50%.

@jabish We hear you. We went through a hellish time trying to reliably work with files outside our blessed folder. Apple has fixed a lot of issues since then so we would like to readdress this when we can. For now, putting your Highland files in the Slugline folder in iCloud is best.

@benbrouckaert Where does the file live? We've had to restrict our iOS/iPadOS app to access only files in the Slugline folder because of some challenges with keeping sync.

There's also a new update for iOS/iPadOS — in addition to the new Search/Replace feature, we've now fixed a bug where Importing a document could cause stock footage of a nuclear explosion to appear.

Our latest update to Slugline 2 for Mac is live! Mostly fixes a bug where sometimes you could not drag-reorder the last item in the outline.

Drag-reordering is a big part of what makes Slugline so awesome for outlining. We're delighted to see The End of that bug.

Find and Replace comes to iOS! Grab our latest update and your search is over. Or rather, beginning. Because now you can search. Is the thing. You get it.

@CorneliusJRummy It's a problem with dark mode. We hate that it's happening, but it's hard for us to fix without breaking compatibility. Workaround is to use light mode. More here: https://t.co/plrVG34foS
