So @FrontierCorp missed their scheduled upgrade time today (b/w 8-12), big surprise.... @AskFrontier not much different than @Xfinity. I had to burn a day off to be here and no one showed up, or called me to let me know. Didn't find out until I called in at 4:50pm. Thanks...

@FrontierCorp It wasn't a 'tech' visit, it was to upgrade my service. And no, no one has told me or called me to say when they will be out. Just that I'd be 'contacted' within 32 hours to reschedule.

Been a @FrontierCorp customer for 20 years almost and our copper phone line went down last night, and we're being charged $90 to have someone come out to fix it, and be forced to upgrade to fiber (which we want to do but we've gotten different prices each time.
