Sarah is whom we'd call an ethical investor. An ethical investor negatively screens out companies whose products, policies and governance they disagree with.

When it comes to investing, she is only interested in companies whose products, policies and governance are aligned with her values. She would never knowingly invest in tobacco, gambling or mining companies, for example.

What is Ethical Investing?
We all have values, and for some people, those values play a role when picking companies to invest in. I like to think that I am gradually becoming one of those people. My friend Sarah definitely is.

Unlike ethical investing, where you exclude companies associated with negative outcomes, in ESG investing, you choose to invest in companies with high environmental, social and governance scores regardless of whether these companies are associated with negative outcomes.

Shoutout to @ColorWare for making this possible!
@c2c_Rail Wow. Seeing the number of issues here I'm sure I've lost 4k on a season ticket on my @c2c_Rail smartcard. Wanted a changeover to Watford junction station. Customer care tells me to go to Watford and find out if possible. Ridiculous!!! And before you ask, case no. c2c00087132
How difficult is it to get a changeover to an annual season ticket from @c2c_Rail ? The helpline didn't seem to know. Spent time writing emails. Fingers crossed.
@Fly_Norwegian Loved your flight from Gatwick to Oakland! However, can't say the same about your response to the cancelled flight from JFK - DI7014 today. Information and viable options in such a scenario need to be part of your processes. #norwegianair
