First and last time flying #Southwestair. Connecting flight gets canceled and no one can tell us why. Next available flight? 8 HOURS later Zero empathy. Maybe #Southwestair can call my parents and tell them I won't be at the rehearsal dinner for my brother's wedding.

The best part? #Southwest doesn't know what plane our bags are going to be put on. Fantastic! Could it be an earlier sold out flight? Could it be a later flight? Do not fly #Southwest!!

#Xfinity can you please fix this? You've already been here and said I'm good. Annnnnnnd it's back. Different TVs and Different rooms. All blurry. 50% of the channels are like this but you still collect 100% of my bill. Time to cut the cable!!
