As you may or may not already know, these SCOTUS decisions are made with the evidence before them and in line with the constitution. However, SCOTUS, is not the the entity that should be relied on to correct such issues for the future, THAT IS THE JOB OF CONGRESS! Year after year SCOTUS has to address congressional fuck ups or they have to basically point and say to Congress "here is the issue you need to address"! The American Congress is becoming more and more feckless, they do little to nothing and it's becoming out of control!
