@TheREALschnuck@TheSims I like the neighborhood stories but I think the fears are a bit much. Some of them are realistic like the fear of fire after actually being in a fear but everyone fears their job is pointless for no reason!
@littlemisslizzi What were some of the questions you liked? I'm on the board in my library that oversees new hires and would love some new and interesting questions.
@bookslover Guided meditation. Not everyone can sit in silence and clear their mind but guided meditations can help you in specific ways. YouTube has a ton of guided meditations you can do. I'm supposed to do one everyday but I've been slipping and it shows.
@MxRenegade If you saw someone watching pornography on the library computer, what would you do? Tip. Think about both conventional library rules and the personal needs of patrons.
@HiringLib What are three actions we can take to prevent potential work "burnout" for you if given this position? I feel like that would help give more insight as to what support specific people and those in specific roles may need.
I find it troubling how so many people I know have applied/received aid for their student loans and still know they will never be able to pay them off...and yet we still push expensive college education as the best decision for high school students? SCAM!
That desperate feeling when you're trying not to get a headache with someone who does less work than you but makes so much more money than you do...๐
