Dr Jim Hodgson 1958 - 2024
Our friend and colleague passed away last week. A true local GP with 30yrs + at Kilmeny surgery with a passion for primary care education & training many of today’s GPs practicing locally. An inspiration to us all. Condolences to Verity and family
All the miles have been tracked and mapped so we could keep an accurate record of how far we have walked. May isn’t over yet so we will continue to track our miles until the 31st. Thank you for all your support, encouragement and generosity, we couldn’t have done it without you.
Walking 100 Miles in May for Cancer Research UK.
We’ve done it! Day 18 has seen us reach 101.37 miles. Almost 60 miles of which have been achieved by exploring the wonderful island of Skiathos, much to the amusement and bewilderment of the lovely hotel staff at La Piscine.
We all know somebody who has been affected by cancer, so we have decided to take part in the 100 miles in May challenge for Cancer Research UK. Any help you can give will be gratefully received and together we will beat cancer. https://t.co/z5ahRmmUsy
@HelenCHFTChair @ClaudiaWinkle I caught up with it tonight, incredible and yes you do go from tears to smiles. So happy they chose who they did (no spoilers) ☺️
@pondenperson I am so sorry to hear about Noah, I remember meeting him when Kizzy and Matt started primary school and we had so many fun get togethers after school. I can’t imagine how you are all feeling. Sending love and hugs from the Worsteads xxx
