I had the same problem in college! I didn't grow up reading Shakespeare and Chaucer and it was so confusing. I had to work so much harder to understand. The language, metaphors, and similes were unfamiliar. Get rid of Shakespear in college. #NotFair

So do we add a tax for the additional cost of those who smoke? An additional tax for those who are overweight? Type 2 diabetes? How about a tax for those who drink alcohol? Huge cost to me, a non-drinker, to cover their medical care down the road.

@Shinedown1911 No, @Shinedown1911, he is right! Just look at how it worked for alcohol during prohibition. No one was drinking. Another example is drug use. The only reason Seattle has a drug problem is because weed is legal in CA. If CA made it illegal, there would be no heroin usage in WA.
