@C_NyaKundiH I once experienced the same issue we stayed for over 12 hours at the Mombasa airport and they claimed their first priority was international travellers...and the staff are arrogant and lack empathy.

There was no planned maintenance around Mirema and the power went off at 9am. Is there a technical issue I tried raising a reference number complaint but that service isn't available.
