@PurolatorInc @PurolatorHelp @PurolatorHelp I got an update saying "Unable to deliver - receiver inaccessible" which makes no sense as I never got a knock on my door nor did a Purolator truck enter my driveway. Could you please provide an explanation?

@PurolatorInc @BestBuyCanada @PurolatorHelp My package was due Sept. 10 and still hasn’t arrived. 4 days, 4 excuses: missed connection, too large for the truck, sorting error, and now “truck too full.” I’ve stayed home for 4 days. This is completely unacceptable.
