We have mailed the cut up card back and will never use Citibank or any of their subsidiaries again. I encourage everyone to cut ties with companies like Citibank. #Citibank #Citibanksucks #citibanksucks

But due to the harassment from Citibank over $8.43, we decided that it is not in our best interest to risk our credit rating to utilize a company like this. Therefore we paid the card in full.

We have had this account for years and always paid our debts. They selectively raised our credit due to our credit history and diligence in payment. We even had just used the card within the last 5 days. #Citibanksucks #citibank

So this just happened,
Less than a week ago I received notice that a Citibank account that we had was pass due for $8.43. In less than a week I received multiple calls and an email. The email stated that they would terminate our credit due to this.

FYI: Citibank was the backing for our Goodyear card. We love Our Goodyear Center!! We hate they have to be in business with Citibank!
