Last night’s game being locked behind Netflix still sits wrong with me.
Somewhere there’s an older guy who’s followed football since he was a kid, still using an antenna, stretching a fixed check every month. Last night that game just wasn’t there for him. Not because he didn’t care. Because the league and Netflix decided another subscription mattered more.
That’s a cheap way to treat people who’ve been there the whole time. They should feel that.
